Customer Reviews

Highly recommended. Our repairman Kevin was extremely courteous and professional. He immediately identified the problem with my washing machine and had the part on his truck to replace and repair my washer on the same day I had called just to request an estimate! I intend to seek this company's help again for any and all future repair needs. They know their stuff. Fair prices, job done well! Thanks, y'all!!

It is clear that Kevin is passionate about what he does. We played phone tag but he diligently returned my calls and insisted on coming out late in the afternoon to accommodate my availability, even though I was content to wait a day or two for service. He was very kind and honest throughout his troubleshooting and ended up repairing my washer during his first visit and for a very fair price. I highly recommend Alpha Appliance Service and will absolutely use them again if I have any other issues.

Kevin Cline was just out at my place! Seriously hire this guy if you need appliance help. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Apparently my problem was operator error...as I know nothing about appliance repair it would have been easy for him to charge me for just about anything...instead he was honest. It is hard to find service people like Kevin here in Chatt!!! He is definitely one of the good ones!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and seems to know his stuff Kevin did a good job on giving us a diagnosis on our refrigerator. He showed us exactly what was wrong and explained it to us thoroughly and even checked one other thing to make sure what he was seeing was accurate. Unfortunately our fridge wasn't fixable 😔. I would recommend him if you need appliance repair give him a call . He works on all appliances and even gave recommendation on what brands to buy and what brands not to buy in the purchase of our new one. Thank you Kevin keep up the good work!!
