Alpha Appliance Service
Trusted Appliance Repair
Serving Rising Fawn, Lookout Mountain & the Chattanooga Area!
Licensed & Insured
I'm Kevin Cline. This is Alpha Appliance Service. My company is an owner-operated, one-man appliance diagnostic and repair company based in Rising Fawn/Lookout Mountain, Georgia, serving Lookout Mountain and the surrounding area. Since 2017, I have personally handled every aspect of the repair process, from the initial call and diagnosis, to the completed repair. There are no AI call centers, no rotating crews, and no handoffs. When you call Alpha Appliance Service, you know exactly who is coming to your home, and that the quality of every repair rests on one name.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
The New Customer Intake Form is for new customers only. If you've used Alpha Appliance Service before, there's no need to submit the form again — just call or text to schedule your next service appointment!
OPEN MON-FRI 9-5
Please understand that I am a one-man operation. If you call during business hours and I don't answer your call, I am with another customer. Please DO leave a voicemail, and I WILL return your call.
If you don't leave a voicemail, please don't expect a call back!
New Customer Intake Form helps us gather new customer data, appliance details, model numbers, etc. while operating in the field. Questions or difficulties? Call or text!
Mission Statement
As appliances become increasingly disposable, the repair industry is beginning to resemble what happened to television repair years ago — a trade becoming harder to justify as replacement becomes easier than repair. I believe honest service matters more than ever. Alpha Appliance Service does not upsell unnecessary repairs or misrepresent a machine's condition simply to make a sale. If a repair makes sense, I'll tell you so; if it doesn't, I'll tell you that too. My goal is to provide an accurate diagnosis and straightforward options, even as the appliance repair industry becomes increasingly difficult to sustain.
My Services
I service most common household appliance brands, including Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, JennAir, Kenmore, Frigidaire, Electrolux, GE, Samsung, and Speed Queen. LG service is limited to laundry appliances, and Bosch service is limited to dishwashers. Gas appliances and high-end built-in appliances are generally excluded for logistical and service-related reasons. Unlisted brands and services are considered on a case-by-case basis, so you're always welcome to inquire! Emergency, after-hours, and weekend appointments are not routinely available, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability.
